Who we are

CMX Business Engineering is a trading name of CMX Ventures Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. This policy explains what we do with your information when you visit this site or get in touch.

What we collect

This site does not use cookies, analytics trackers or contact forms. If you email or call us, we hold the details you give us: your name, contact details and anything you tell us about your business.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, to arrange and deliver the work you ask for, and to keep basic records of that work. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone outside CMX Ventures Ltd except suppliers who help us deliver the work, and only where needed.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence and client records for as long as we work together and for six years afterwards, in line with UK tax and legal requirements. If we never work together, we delete enquiry details within twelve months.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will sort it. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
